groei-IT is a player in the recruitment and employer branding market. They have a clear vision of how recruitment should and shouldn’t be done. Weekly, I support them with various issues related to their own marketing as well as creation and projects for clients. The questions vary, ranging from positioning processes to email design and social media strategy. The corporate identity is also my work.

For an extended period, I assisted FairSterk as a freelance art director with proposition development related to creation and marketing. From recruitment to full-service RPO. Together with the team, we navigated our way through collaborating with clients and employees, and after some time, I handed over the reins to other skilled colleagues.
